4 large eggs
2 cups sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups chopped pecans
4 cups peeled, diced apples

Sauce:
2 sticks butter, melte4d
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 can (12-ounces) evaporated milk
4 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, beat eggs and add sugar, mixing well. Add flour, baking powder, and salt, mixing well. Stir in pecans and apples. Spoon into a greased 13x9x 2-inch baking pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.

In a saucepan, combine sauce ingredients and cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly. To serve,spoon pudding into individual serving dishes and top with warm sauce
