2 lb chopped beef (85% fat)
1 large onion chopped
2 eggs
1/2 Italian loaf dry
milk (for soaking bread)
flour to coat Frikadelle
1 tbsp of salt
1 tsp pepper
pinch of paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 inch corn oil for frying pan
Pumpernickel/Rye bread/hard rolls

Directions:
Directions:
cut onion into small pieces and mix in well break bread up and put put it into some milk so it gets wet and soft right through squeeze out milk thoroughly put thr beef and soft bread into a mixing bowl add salt, pepper, paprika and garlic to taste add 2 eggs (crack the eggs into a separate cup so you dont get any egg shell pieces in the mixture
