16 oz. pg. cream cheese
16 oz. sour cream
5 eggs
3 teaspoons of sugar(for crust)
3/4 cup of sugar for mix
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 stick of butter(for crust)

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: use spring pan(greased)

Mix crumbs with sugar and butter... Line bottom of pan (for sides may need to add some milk to make mix monster to stick to sides). Line bottom of pan and side.

Mix:

Mix cream cheese, till a little soft, add vanilla, and 1 egg and some sugar... Mix... Then add each of the ingredients ( 1 egg, some sour cream and some sugar... Mix)... Repeat until all ingredients are mixed in well...

Pour into pan with crust.

Bake:

Bake at 375 for 1/2 hour. Turn oven off and leave cake in with door closed for 1 hour... Then open door partially for 1/2 hour... Then remove cake... Done
