9 slices of white bread,no crust
4 c. diced chicken or ham
1-4 oz. can of drained mushrooms
1/4 c. real mayonaise
4 oz. can of water chestnuts, drained and sliced
9 slices processed cheese, cheddar , velveta
4 Eggs wel beaten
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of celery
2 oz. pimentos chopped
2 c. butter course bread crumbs

Directions:

1. cover bottom of 9x13 pan w/ bread
2. put chicken / ham on top
3. then put water chestnuts on top of that
4. cook mushrooms in butter for 5 min. add w/ pimento
5. dot w/ mayo
6. top that with cheese
7. beat up eggs and milk and pour over
8. mix together soups and pour over
9. cover with tin foil , refrigerate over night, bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hours take of foil after 1 hour. then put bread crumbs on let stand for 15 min.
10. serve and ENJOY!
