Meatballs
2 lbs ground beef (can use 3 lbs)
1 lb ground turkey
2 eggs
1/2 Cup Grated Cheese
3-4 cups Italian Flavored Breadcrumbs
Mix together and put aside
Meat Sauce
2-3 cans crushed tomatoes 28oz Can
2 cans Tomato Paste 6 oz Can
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves of Garlic (Chopped)
1 tsp salt
Pepper to taste
Italian Crushed Red pepper to taste
2 table spoons of whole oregano, parslet flakes (Fresh if possible)
Basil leaves
1 tsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Brown Garlic in oil, then add canned tomato and tomato paste ( add a little water if too thick) Cook for 10 min.
Make Meatballs about 1 1/2 inches round. Drop them into sauce, simmer on low flame for 3 hours.Stir often.

Cook pasta according to box Serve with italian bread
