3 Large apples, chopped
1/4 C. White sugar
1/4 C. Brown sugar
1 C. Flour
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Oil
2 tsp. Vanilla extract
1 tsp. Baking powder
2 tsp. Cinnamon

Pre-heat oven to 350º F
Mix all ingredients.
Bake at 350ºF for 30-40 mins.
