corn oil, 3/4 cup soft butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 2 TBS honey, 3/4 cup dried apricots, chopped,
2 tspn sesame seeds, 1 1/2 cups rolled oats.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Very lightly oil a 10 1/2 X 6 1/2 inch baking pan. Put the butter, sugar and honey into a small pan over low heat and heat until melted and combined. Don't let mixture boil. Stir in apricots, sesame seeds, and oats. Spoon into the pan and lightly level with the back of a spoon. Cook for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven, then cut into bars and let cool completely before removing from the pan.
