4 chicken breasts cooked and cubed
16 oz. bag coleslaw
1 can sliced cashews
1 bunch scallions chopped
4 tbsp. sunflower seeds
4 packages oriental ramen noodles (uncooked)
1 large bunch grapes sliced in half
2 packages ramen noodle seasoning mix
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. white vinegar
6 tbsp. sugar
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

Combine first seven ingredients in large bowl. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over noodle mixture. Allow salad to soak up dressing for at least two hours before serving. Season with salt & pepper. Serve with pita bread.
