Cake:
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp melted butter in 1/2 cup hot water
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder

Topping:
5 tbsp butter
1 cup brown sugar
4 tsp milk
1 cup coconut

Directions:
Directions:
First mix butter, hot water & flour together.
Then add remaining cake ingredients together, mixing well
Bake at 350º until golden brown on top
When cake is done immediately top with topping mixture & put back in the oven & brown until bubbly. Cool.
