3 cans whole green chilies, 7 oz.
1 lb. jack cheese, grated
1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
1 can tomato sauce, 15 oz.
3 eggs, beaten
3 T. flour
1 small can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Wash chilies, remove seeds and pat dry. Grate and mix jack and cheddar cheeses together. Place 1/2 chilies in bottom of pan or casserole dish. Cover with 1/2 of the cheese mix. Repeat, saving 1/2 c. of cheeses for topping. Beat eggs, add flour and milk and beat till smooth. Pour mixture chilies and cheeses. Bake at 375º for 30 minutes. Remove and spread tomato sauce, and remaining 1/2c. cheeses over top. Return to oven for another 15 minutes.
