Buy a full filet of beef
Garlic 3-4 cloves cut into slivers
Tabasco sauce
3-4 slices of bacon
(optional - Knorrs Bernaise Sauce - follow directions on package)

Marinate - (4 to 6 hours)
1 cup post wine
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
2-3 bay leaves
3-4 cloves garlic

Trim beef of excess fat.
Cut 3-4 cloves of garlic in slivers - insert into beef.
Rub beef with a few drops of Tabasco, salt and pepper to taste.

Marinate for 4-6 hours

Pre-heat oven to 425 - Put meat on a rack and place 3-4 pieces of bacon on top of meat. Roast 30-45 minutes. Check with a meat thermometer to see if done. If meat is left in pan it will continue to cook.

Do not overcook. Better rare than well done. It will continue to cook in platter or pan.
