Lemon juice removes rust stains.
To clean copper bottom pans, sprinkle with table salt and rub with a lemon that is cut in half.
Onion smell on hands? Rub with table salt and wash.
To make sure yeast is good, add 1 tsp. sugar to yeast and water. If it doesn't foam in 10 minutes, throw it out.
Remove dishwasher film on glassware and China. Place in dishwasher (don't put in any silver, aluminum or brass). Put bowl in bottom of dishwasher, pour 1 cup bleach in and run dishwasher, do not dry. Refill bowl again with vinegar and let go through complete cycle. This will also remove all film from the dishwasher too.
