1 egg slightly beaten
1/2 c milk
2 c pkg biscuit mix
1/4 c chopped parsley

Directions:

In med bowl, combine egg & milk. Add biscuit mix, chopped parsley stir until blended.

Drop batter by rounded T into gently boiling liquid in Dutch oven. Cook over low heat, uncovered for 10 min.

Cover tightly; cook 10 more min.
