4 Apples - Small diced
4 Bosch Pears - Firm diced
3 Lemons Zest
1 c Fresh Cranberries whole
1/4 c Sugar
3 Medium Oinions diced
1/4 c canola oil
3 Lemons (from above), Juiced
2 T fresh dill finely chopped
2 T fresh thyme, finely chopped
3 T fresh sage, finely chopped
1/4 t ground nutmeg
1/4 t, ground allspice
1 Cornbread (cooked) "cubed 1/2""
1 T Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl toss apples and pears with lemon juice, set aside. In a small bowl mix sugar and cranberries. Saute oinons in oil over medium heat until translucent, add garlic, lemon zest and quick cook 30 sec. Add herbs & spices and fruit, reduce heat and cook until fruit begins to soften (5 min), remove from heat. Add mixture to cornbread and lightly toss. Add salt & pepper to taste. Add chicken stock & brandy to moisten.
