CAKE:
2 cups sugar,
1 cup margarine,
2-3 T. cocoa powder,
4 eggs,
1 tsp. vanilla,
1 1/2 cups flour,
1 1/2 cups coconut,
1/4 tsp. coconut flavoring,
3/4 cup nuts (pecans)

FROSTING:
1 jar marshmallow cream (Fluff),
1 lb. powdered sugar,
1/3 cup cocoa powder,
1/2 cup margarine,
1 tsp. vanilla,
1/2 cup evaporated milk or half & half

Directions:
Directions:
Cake - Beat together: sugar, margarine, cocoa, eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour, coconut, coconut flavoring, and nuts. Bake 30-40 minutes in a 9 X 13 greased pan at 350 F. Spread marshmallow cream over the cake as soon as it comes from the oven. When the cake is cool, beat together the remaining frosting ingredients and frost.
