2 c flour
3/4 c butter flavor shortening
3/4 t salt
2 T sugar
1/3 c milk
1 T lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients, add shortening until crumbly. Add lemon juice to milk until curdled. Add to dry ingredients, form into ball. Wrap in plastic wrap. Cool for 30 min. before rolling. Add more four if too moist.
