1 + 1/2 pt. Heavy cream
16oz. Cream Cheese
2 C. Powdered sugar
4 tsp. Pure vanilla
2 tsp. Fresh lemon juice
2 Packages Lady fingers
Directions:
Directions:
Line sides and bottom of 9" spring form pan with lady fingers (sides first).

Whip cream till stiff and refrigerate.

Mix cream cheese vanilla, sugar, lemon juice, then mix with whipped cream.

Pour into spring pan, then let it sit in frigate for 2 days.

When ready to serve you can sprinkle with powdered sugar or top with your favorite pie filling.
