1 c. Rice
1 box of Lipton's Chicken Noodle Soup Mix
3 Coils Vermicelli (crushed)
1/2 Cube Butter
1/4 c. Green Onions
1/2 c. Diced Celery
1 Package Slivered Almonds
4 1/2 cups chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
In medium sauce pan, bring to boil 4 1/2 cups chicken broth and the flavoring from the Lipton's soup mix.

While the chicken broth is getting hot: melt butter in large pot. Cook rice, noodles from the soup mix and vermecelli until brown - do not burn. Add onions, celery and almonds. CAREFULLY pour boiling broth into rice mixture - stir, reduce heat to simmer (low), cover and cook for 20 minutes. Take off heat, let stand 5 minutes, fluff before serving.
