1 small onion
1 cucumber
1 green pepper
1 clove garlic
4-5 cups chilled tomato juice
1 T. olive oil
2-3 T. red wine vinegar
1 T. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
3-4 ice cubes
bread crumbs or croûtons for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Remove seeds from cucumbers and green peppers and chop the vegetables into pieces that can be added to a blender through the addition cap. Beginning with the cucumber feed the vegetables into a blender and blend until smooth. Add the ice cubes and continue to blend until ice cubes are finely crushed. In a large bowl add all other ingredients except bread crumbs/croûtons and stir to mix. Garnish with breadcrumbs or croûtons.
