2 eggs
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt & pepper
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. lemon juice
6 tbsp.parmesan cheese
6 cloves garlic
2 c. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together (excluding oil) in blender. Add oil gradually as blending.
Note: To make your own croutons, toast white bread and cut it into cubes. Melt butter (margarine) with real garlic crushed and pour this over the bread and toss in a bowl and add to the salad. Use real bacon bits.
