Sauce:
2 small cans tomato paste
2 small cans tomato sauce
drippings from sausage
3 drops of anise flavor
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cloves
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp salt
Let simmer for a time to mix.

Cook 1 package noodles in salted water til limp, but not done. Put in cold water til used so they don't stick. Line bottom of 9x13 pan with noodles.

Sprinkle with fried out Italian sausage which includes:
2# ground pork sausage
2 tsp fennel
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 scant tsp red pepper
Keep drippings for sauce.

Shaved mozzarella cheese goes on next, then a can of drained mushrooms. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Cover with sauce. Add one more layer of noodles, then meat and cheese, then sauce, End with noodles and sauce.
