1 lb. shrimp (EZ Peel), 16-20 count
Kens Cocktail Sauce

Directions:

Clean shrimp by removing shell and the outer vein. Easily done if you buy the "ez peel" shrimp. To further devein, cut through the underside of the shrimp with a knife. Then remove the vein with your finger.

Boil a pot of water (4-5 quart pot for one pound of shrimp). Throw shrimp in boiling water and time for 2 minutes.

Strain shrimp and immediately throw into an ice bath. Remove shrimp and place on paper towel. Pat dry with paper towel. Cool, then refrigerate.

Serve with Kens Cocktail Sauce.
