1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
4 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1/3 cup water
1 envelope gelatin
4 to 5 regular limes
14 oz. fat-free sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt

Preheat oven to 375*
In 9" pie plate combine crumbs, butter, sugar & salt to moisten. Pat over bottom of pie plate & up the sides.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes, until golden.
Cool until ready to fill.
In 1 qt. saucepan, add water; sprinkle with gelatin.
Let stand 2 minutes to soften.
Cook on low to dissolve, stirring.
Remove from heat.
From limes, grate 2 tsp. peel and squeeze 1/2 cup juice. (DO Not use the grated peel from key limes, it will make the filling taste bitter.)
In bowl, whisk lime peel & juice, milk & yogurt.
Whisk in gelatin mixture.
Spoon filling into crust.
Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours to set.
