1 lb. of firm, fresh red snapper fillets (or other firm white fish, e.g. Haddock, Black Fish), cut into 1/2" pieces
1/4 c. fresh squeezed lime juice
1/4 c. fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/4 red onion, finely diced
1/2 c. fresh tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 chili pepper, seeded and finely diced
1 tsp. salt
Dash of oregano
Dash of Tabasco or a pinch of cayenne pepper
Avocado
Tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a Pyrex or glass casserole dish, place the fish, onion, tomatoes, chili pepper, salt, oregano and Tabasco. Cover with lime juice and lemon juice.

Refrigerate for one hour, then stir. Let it sit for several hours, giving time for the flavors to blend.

Serve with slices of avocado and tortilla chips.
