2 cups flour
1 teas Baking soda
1/2 teas salt
2 cups sugar
2 large eggs (slightly beaten)
1/2 cup sour crem
1 1/4 cups plus 2 TBLS butter
3/4 cup plus 2 Tbls water2 teas grated lemon rind
2 TBLS fresh lemon juice
1 TBLS lemon extract
Frosting:
1/4 cup plus 2 teas milk
1 teas lemon extract
3 cups sifted powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl..beat aqt medium speed till blended....combine 1 cup butter and next 4 ingredients in med sauce pan bring to boil add to flour mix stirring well. Pour into grease/floured 15 x 10 jellyroll pan. Bake at 350 for 20 min. till tooth pick comes clean. cool in pan 20 min. then frost
frosting: combine remaining 1/2 cu plus 2 TBLS butter, milk and 1 teas lemon extract in saucepan. Bring to boil.
remove from heat gradually add powderred sugar stirring until mix is spreadable.
