3 c flour
6 tbsp cocoa
2 c sugar
2 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
mix in one bowl
Next mix in another bowl:
2 c cold water
3/4 c oil
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tsp vanilla

Add liquid to dry ingredients.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes

This is the chocolate cake we made when I was growing up. We didn't buy box cake mixes. It is very moist and yummy chocolate cake. I believe it came out of the NFO Cookbook my mom used.
