2 cups crabmeat, drained and flaked (crab flavored fish can be substituted)
1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
1/4 cup plus 1 T vegetable oil
1/2 cup sliced green onions with tops
2 T red wine vinegar
1/2 t garlic salt
3 avocados, peeled
2 T lemon juice
lettuce leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crabmeat, oranges, oil, green onions, vinegar, and garlic salt; mix well.
Cut avocados in half lengthwise, remove seeds, and brush with lemon juice. Fill each avocado half with crabmeat mixture. Arrange avocado halves on lettuce leaves.
