2 pkgs yeast
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup sugar
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 t salt
4 1/2 cups flour
Filling -
butter, melted
cinnamon/sugar mixture
raisins (optional)
Icing -
2 cups powdered sugar
8 oz cream cheese
1 t vanilla
1/2 cup orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water. Add additional 1 cup warm water, eggs, sugar, butter, and salt before gradually mixing in flour.
Let rise 1 1/2 hours.
(At this point, either proceed with making the rolls, or refrigerate the dough and re-rise when ready to use.)
Divide the dough into portions and roll into a rectangle; brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture. Add raisins if desired. Roll up and slice, then lay in buttered pan. Let rise 15 minutes before baking at 375º until light brown. While rolls are baking mix cream cheese, vanilla, and orange juice, then add powdered sugar. Mix until smooth. Drizzle icing over rolls when they come out of the oven and serve.
