1 lb crab meat
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 t dried mustard
1 - 2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
4 unsalted soda crackers, crushed
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green bell pepper
1 - 2 t parsley
salt & pepper
Directions:

Mix all ingredients and shape into patties. Saute over medium heat until lightly browned.
