Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 cups old fashion oats
1 cup roasted sunflower seeds
1 cup shredded coconut
1 1/2 cups chopped cashews
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup orange juice
3/4 t salt
3/4 t cinnamon
1 1/2 to 2 cups dried cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oats, sunflower seeds, coconut, and cashews in large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients (except cranberries) in large measuring cup and heat in microwave until warm. Mix with the dry mixture. Spread on jelly roll pans and bake at 350º for 30 minutes, stirring every 5 minute. (I've found, depending on the oven, it's sometimes best to turn it off during last 10 minutes of baking to keep coconut and cashews from browning too much.) Cool and add dried cranberries. Store in airtight containers and enjoy! (good to eat dry as a snack as well as a cereal)

Personal Notes:
While our family was vacationing in the Northeast, we stayed at the Inn on Bay Ledge, a Bed & Breakfast in Bar Harbor, Maine. The inn keeper made and offered this wonderful granola as one of her breakfast items. She graciously shared her recipe with me and now I'm sharing with you!
