2 to 2 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 large white onion finely chopped
2 eggs slightly beaten
2 TBS Worcestershire Sauce
2 15 oz cans diced tomatoes drained
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1 pkg McCormick meatloaf seasoning
Heinz Chili Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a small bowl beat together the eggs and Worcestershire sauce. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with no stick spray. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together (except the chili sauce). Shape into a loaf and place in prepared baking dish. Bake for 1 1/2 hours. Remove from oven and spread a thin layer of chili sauce on top (more if you want). Bake an additional 20 minutes.

Yes Laura, you may use ground turkey, but leave out the bread crumbs and save the liquid from the canned tomatoes as you may need this to add more moisture.
