1 1/5 lbs fresh carrots
1 cup butter
3 large eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/4 t cinnamon
1/2 T baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Wash, scrape, and slice carrots (cut off both ends). Boil until tender. Drain. Mix with other ingredients using electric mixer or food processor. Pour into lightly greased baking dish and bake at 350º for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until lightly brown on top.
