1 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 c. milk
1 T. butter
1 1/2 T. corn starch
1/2 c. Swiss cheese
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp garlic & onion powder
1/2tsp salt.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cottage cheese and 1/4 cup milk in blender until smooth. Melt butter in sauce pan. Stir in corn starch, garlic and onion powder, add salt and dry mustard.
Add 3/4 cup ilk and cook over med heat - stirring constantly until thickened, about 2 to 3 minutes.

Reduce heat and stir in cottage cheese mixture. Add remaining cheese and stir until melted.

Transfer to fondue pot. Serve with bread - whole loaf for tearing and dipping or cubed.
