2 Tbsp. Wesson Oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 glove garlic, minced
1/2 medium green pepper, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. Kidney beans
1, 15 oz can Hunts tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cook & stir onion, garlic, green pepper and meat in hot Wesson until meat loses red color. Stir in undrained beans, sauce and remaining ingredients. Simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally until chili is desired thickness, about 45 minutes.
