1 C. minced onion
1 C. finely chopped celery
6 T. chicken fat
6-7 matzah, broken fine
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 C. chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Heat broth, saute onion and celery in fat until tender, add matzah. Combine remaining ingredients and add matzah. Pour into greased 11/2 qt. baking dish.
Bake at 375º for 30 minutes
