4 lbs. potatoes, peeled and cut into 2-4 pieces. (5 large)
8 cloves of garlic
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
2 T. butter of margarine
1 T. fresh rosemary, stems removed and leaves chopped. Or 1 tsp. dried rosemary.
1 T. instant chicken bouillon
1/2 to 3/4 c. evaporated low-fat milk
salt and pepper to taste

Place potatoes and garlic in large saucepan. Cover with water and bring to boil. Cook over medium high heat for 20-25 minutes or till tender. Drain and return potatoes and garlic to pan or bowl. Beat with handheld mixer. Add cheese, butter, rosemary and bouillon. Beat till smooth, then gradually add milk till fluffy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

To make 2-4 serving=1 lb. potato, 2 cloves garlic, 1T. parmesan, 1T. butter, 1 tsp fresh rosemary 2 tsp bouillon, 1/4c milk.
I have used regular milk, and it is much better to use fresh rosemary.
