3 lbs. chop meat

1/2 to 1 cup flavored bread crumbs

parmesan cheese - to sprinkle

1 or 2 eggs

1 or 2 chopped onions

oregano - 1 or more tsps.

milk - add until correct consistency is reached.

Directions:

Mix all together. When consistency is correct, and you are able to make balls, roll tight and either bake in oven until brown, or put in sauce and cook around 1 hour.
