2 - 6 1/2 oz. cans of tuna, drained
3/4 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. green onions, sliced
2 T. pickle relish, drained
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 c. white wine
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded. (approx. 4 oz.)
1 - 11oz. can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1/4 c. milk

Heat oven to 450º. Lightly grease cookie sheet. Mix tuna, celery, onion, and relish. Stir in mayo, and set aside. Mix baking mix and wine till soft dough forms. Turn dough onto floured surface. Knead lightly 20 times. Roll dough into a rectangle 14x11 inches. Place on cookie sheet. Spoon tuna mixture lengthwise down center of rectangle, then sprinkle with shredded cheese. Make cuts 2 1/2 inches long at 1 inch intervals on the 14 inch sides of the rectangle. Fold the strips over the filling. Bake till light brown, 15-20 min. While braid is baking, combine cheese soup and 1/4 cup milk in a medium pan and heat slowly over medium heat until hot.
Serve when braid is brown with sauce on the side like gravy.
