6 lbs. pork sausage

2 bunches celery - chopped, leaves and all

4 onions diced

4 - 5 loaves of bread (stale)

Directions:
Directions:
Fry celery, onions and sausage until onions and celery are soft. Put in bowl and add 2 eggs and 4 - 5 loaves of stale bread broken up and mix. Add a lot of thyme and smell (Per Debbie Weis Gertler, the ass). If too dry, add a little milk. Put in pan sprayed with PAM and bake uncovered at 350º for 1 hour.

I personally like to go easy and just make Stove Top Stuffing and add fried sausage to it, lol. Tastes just as good to me, lol!
