12 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 cup grated Cheddar Cheese

Toppings:
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped ham
1 cup peppers
1 cup mushrooms
1 cup sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Scramble the eggs in a skillet.
Cool slightly.
Blend in sour cream.
Place in a buttered 9 inch square pan.
Spread toppings of choice over mixture in pan.
Top with grated cheese.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Bake in a preheated oven at 325º, for 30 minutes.
