4 squares of good quality bittersweet chocolate
1 bag of semi sweet chocolate chips
1 jar of peanuts*

*can use any kind of nuts or dried fruit

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate squares over a double boiler. Add chocolate chips. Stir gently with wooden spoon until chocolate is smooth and easy to stir. Add nuts. Stir to mix

Lay out on parchment paper with spatula.

Refrigerate for 45 minutes.

Break chocolate into pieces.

You can store leftovers in a plastic container for up to a week.(That's if you have any leftovers!)
