1 3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 lb. unsalted butter
1 cup ground blanched almonds
Powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients using your hands. Roll into a long, snake-like roll. Think of the size of a cigar the length of your thumb. Cut off a half moon.

Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes. Cool completely. Roll in powdered sugar.

This cookie is a Christmas tradition in the McIntyre home and Mica nick named this cookie the "Yuckiest" to discourage the kids from eating them. It only encouraged them, as once they are discovered, they become irresistible.
