¼ cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tbs red wine vinegar
1 tbs Dijon mustard
1 tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2 tbs snipped parsley
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt and sugar in small bowl. Beat in oil gradually; beat until thick and creamy, about 2 minutes. Stir in parsley; cover. Refrigerate at least 3 hours, no longer than 48 hours.
