2 lbs. hamburger, browned
2 pkgs. long grain and wild rice with seasonings
2 cans sliced mushrooms, drained
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 can water
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the rice according to directions. Assemble all the ingredients and place in a large casserole or baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Check at 30 minutes; stir and add more water if needed.
