Filing
3T Bacon grease
1/4 c flour
dash of onion salt
in a large skillet

Add:
11/2 lbs ground beef (browned and drained)
2 1/2 c water
3 c potatoes diced
1 c carrots diced
1 c celery diced
1 T salt
1 T worchestershire
cook covered slowly for about 30 minutes until tender then cover with a crust.

Crust:
sift together
1 1/2 c flour
1 t salt
remove 1/4 of mixture
cut in :
1/2 c shortening into remaining mixture

take the removed mixture add to it:
3 T water
add that back to other mixture, mix together, roll into a ball and roll out into a flat crust place over pan.Place slits into crust to allow steam to exit.

Bake at 425
