3 pkg. Buddig Corned Beef (or similar brand)

¾ c. Mayonnaise

1 large can of Sauerkraut (drained)

1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

2 c. shredded Swiss cheese


1-2 boxes of Triscuts----to serve with dip

Directions:

Cut corn beef into lines and then into squares

Mix with all ingredients above.

Put in pie plates or 8-9” dish


Bake @ 350* for 30-35 minutes until cheese is melted

Personal Note: This delicious appetizer is always a winner---especially in the cooler seasons. I prefer “Buddig” Corned

Beef because it’s measured out for you and I like the taste, but any deli brand will do.
