1 cup toasted whole pecans


2/3 cup LaChoy Rice Noodles


1 8 oz can Mandarin Oranges, drained


1⁄2 cup Cran-raisins


1⁄2 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese


1⁄2 cup crumbled blue cheese


2/3 cup crumbled Feta cheese


1⁄2 cup Balsamic & Olive Oil Dressing

* Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, toss gently & serve.

Personal Note: LOVE THIS SALAD!!! It’s a beautiful salad as well as very healthy and satisfying. Makes a great presentation and great for any meal – or served as an entrée. You could add some chopped chicken breast and make a full meal.
