2 fryers
1 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. worcestershire
2/3 c. catsup
2 9oz. cans pineapple
4 T. cornstarch
1/2 c. vinegar
4 T. chili sauce
2 tsp. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter on a cookie sheet. Place chicken on sheet. Dice pineapple and drain juice. Put juice in all ingredients till thickened, then add pineapple. Spoon 1/2 over chicken. Cover with foil and cook in a 350º F oven for 1/2 hour. Uncover and put the rest of the sauce over the chicken. Cook 1/2 hour longer. Baste chicken occasionally. Serve with rice.
