2 BOXES JIFFY CORNBREAD MIX
2 1/2 CUP MILK
1/2 CUP CRISCO OIL
3 EGGS
1 SMALL CAN CREAM STYLE CORN
1/4 TO 1/2 CUP CHOPPED JALAPEÑO PEPPERS
1 LB. GROUND BEEF
1 LARGE ONION, HOPPED
1 1/2 CUP GRATED CHEESE

Brown meat and onion. Mix cornbread ingredient's together and pour half into 9 x 13" pan, top with hamburger and onion, cheese and remainder of batter. Bake at 400º for 45 min.
