Season with Kosher salt and pepper and let set out for ½ hour
Lightly flour and fry in
Oil with Onions and Green Peppers (how much you want)
When done add:
1 can of Beef Broth (Small can)
1 8oz sour cream
1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
Juice of ½ lemon
Fresh Dill (whole package chopped)

Serve on Baggett Rolls and top with Watercress (chopped up) sprinkled on top (optional)
